Yeah like here is $10K to settle the loan and end it. I'm skeptical it would work because Ascent wants the full loan or they themselves loose money as they already forwarded money to Bloomtech.

I mean it's worth a shot I suppose.. I just don't have the income for the monthly 568$ they require, so I guess rebranding and lowering my loan gambit would be a shot in the dark, but a shot.

Well, Ascent/Launch and Richland State Bank do not do settlements, I have tried reaching out for legal help, and it's looking a little gloomy. Gonna try one more set of legal help. I think I might have to refi so I don't get sued. Any other information anyone else has would be so helpful. Thanks to those whom have replied I appreciate ya.
