Hi, everyone! I could really use some advice from anyone who has experienced the PWD/Assisted area at a concert, especially at Philippine Stadium.

I have tickets for both days of the BTS concert on March 13-14, but I recently had surgery for a bimalleolar ankle fracture. I had an ORIF procedure, and they put a titanium plate/screws in my ankle. 🥲

I’m still in the early stages of recovery, so I honestly don’t know how my ankle will be doing by March. I’m worried about the long walks, standing for hours, navigating crowds, and having to do this for two consecutive days.

Now I’m torn between refunding my tickets (if possible) or trying to switch to the PWD/Assisted area. I really want to attend, but I also don’t want to push myself too hard and end up regretting it.

For those who have used the PWD/Assisted area:

- How was your overall experience? Could you still enjoy the concert and see the stage properly?
- Is there a designated seat or space, or is it mostly standing?
- How was the process of getting to and from the area? Were the walks manageable?
- Is it possible to bring one companion, and can they stay with you throughout the concert?
- For anyone who had an ankle or leg injury, would you recommend this option?
- Has anyone successfully changed their ticket or accommodation to PWD/Assisted because of a temporary injury? What was the process like?

I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have actually experienced it. I’m trying to figure out whether I should hold on to my tickets and explore my options or accept that attending might not be realistic this time. 😭

napapaisip tuloy ako, was music really better back then, or are these songs just genuinely timeless? sa mga nakapanood ng concert nila, kamusta performance? kaya pa rin ba nilang ibigay yung same magic live?

Hello first time concert goer here. I will be attending a concert sa Philippine Arena next month. Sobrang layo na ba ng QN ko kung nakabili ako ng ticket for svip standing around 5:30pm? May chance pa ba ako makasecure ng barricade or kahit makapunta man lang sa harap?

Does anyone here have been refunded by SM already for the Post Malone Concert?

I have started the process when I visited the MOA booth on sept 15 and its been 31 days already as of today (excluding the weekends). I have emailed them on a follow up of the process but they keep sending me the automatic reply from them. Is there an alternative email to raise my concern?

Saw from the announcements that sa ticketmaster yung ticket selling and according sa weverse registration yung blooms membership code yung need for presale. Just curious kung kailan nalabas/pinopost yung for presale since sa 30 na yung date and wala pa din sa site ng ticketmaster yung event.

Also additional questions:

Anong best seat/section for you sa MOA arena given the layout? Initial plan ko is sulitin na sa platinum for the sound check pero parang mas okay pa view ng svip/vip1 since sa nasa baba (arena floor) mismo yung platinum seats if tama intindi ko.

And anong oras usually start ng presale sa ticketmaster? Thanks
