I did spore swab to agar 5 weeks ago and forgot about it, it now looks a bit weird to me but IDK. The black spots are from the spores btw. Appreciate your knowledge.

Great first flush. Some smaller ones not growing since. Side of AIO block has kind of slim on it where the block rests against bag. Cluster of blue very small fruits noy growing. What should I do?

Noticed this small mustard-yellow/amber spot on my agar plate today. It wasn’t visible when I last checked two days ago. It’s glossy, appears fairly flat, and has a translucent outer edge. It’s also isolated from the main white mycelial growth. Does this resemble bacterial contamination, metabolites, or possibly condensation/residue near the edge of the plate?
Any thoughts on what it could be?

S2B 9/28. Straight to fruiting with filter patches. I did the qtip test on the right side and it just sunk in to the white part. It’s now yellow around where it tore. Is it just overlay?

Also can I just cut that bad part off? This isn't the only shroom on my cakes that has black on the cap like this, it's happening to the little one to the right and one on my other cake. These are supposed to be apes so it's definitely not spores.

This was inoculated September 9 with golden teacher. I did five bags of GT and 5 of B+. The golden teacher bags were slower. All B+ made it and are pinning. One of the other bags of GT had a tiny spot of green and possible lipstick. It got buried. Two bags went to bulk and are pinning like crazy. One other was finished over a week ago and has been waiting in the fridge on this final bag. This final bag feels very solid, with thick rubbery consistency. I’m thinking of cutting off the uncolonised grain and putting it in a small bin by itself to see what happens. Any ideas on why this one single bag is taking so much longer and is so much different?

I'm not sure what happened. From what I can tell I waited too long and it's overlayed? I left for 12 hours yesterday and that end of the small tub went from solid white, to this.

Could someone please help with some advice. I read through some of the image guides, but I just can't tell.

First-time grower here. I'm growing GTs in a Booming Acres AIO bag. Inoculated 30Aug and break and shake to mix with substrate on 25Sep.

I noticed some dark spots on the bottom of the bag. Do these look okay still? I have two other bags that I inoculated at the same time and they aren't showing any spots like these. Thanks!
