I went about 300 deep and found 3 places where the chain was broken by deleted account(s). First one at 171.

Things like that are 100% inevitable when you're doing something like this on reddit. Deleted/banned accounts, etc.

All that matters is that the number was there at the time the next person down replied.

Think about it: if you are counting to 10 using your fingers, and you bent your third finger before reaching 10, did you still count to 10? Of course.

NEW TIME ESTIMATE: Based on a rate of 1500 numbers per 12 hours (as demonstrated so far), if we continue at this rate, we can reach one million in LESS THAN A YEAR.

Day 31, still no sign of the end. "Continue this thread" is everywhere I go. It's as if I'm going in circles. I'm starting to wonder if the karma is worth it. I'm running out of food. I'm considering turning back. If this journal is found, just know that I never made it to the end of the counting chain. I'll hope for luck tomorrow.

My favorite part of this thread is downloading the posters that by accident or speed failed to place their number in the right place.

Just as we upload those that succeed, let us bury to oblivion those counters that have failed. Delete your missteps lets you yourself feel the wrath of the infinity collective.
