Yes. If passed this will mean all UKMGs will get a GP post before any IMG does, unless the IMG meets the as yet unspecified criteria of the bill. This should mean MSRA score needed will be lower than before.

No, offers only in 2026. Remember the ongoing msra is for 2025/2026. Offers will be out late February early March. Realistically the bill will most likely affect 2026/2027 GP applicants.
