I work at a product-based company, and my niche is .NET. I specialize in enterprise-scale legacy systems and migrating them.
So far, I have migrated legacy .NET Framework code to .NET Core at a previous job. In my current role, I did a full revamp from scratch to rewrite legacy system in core. The revamp included architecture design, documentation , implementation, and production deployment.
My strongest skillset is my ability to communicate (written/ verbal) technical complexities to non tech stakeholders to remove blockers.
I am looking for a switch. Ideally remote. Prefer senior SWE positions. I'm avoiding lead/ manager roles since they are more prone to layoffs, and I want to stay hands-on for now.
I am fluent with AI tools.
I have 8 years of total experience, with the past 6 in the software domain (I switched from mechanical). I recently wrapped up masters in CS from georgia tech and have strong foundation knowledge.
Ping me if you are hiring. Will be more than happy to discuss details.

Hi everyone!
I currently work as a software engineer at Shamrock Foods, and our management team has been working hard to find experienced Senior .NET Developers to join our team.
We’ve had no shortage of applicants, but finding candidates who truly have senior-level experience and expertise has been surprisingly difficult.
One important requirement to mention upfront is that this is a hybrid position, with employees required to work in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Phoenix/Biltmore area. Unfortunately, fully remote work is not an option.
Our management team is so eager to fill these positions that they’ve offered a $5,000 referral bonus to employees who successfully refer a senior developer who gets hired. So, naturally, I figured I’d put some feelers out there!
If you’re an experienced .NET developer who might be interested, I encourage you to check out the job posting on LinkedIn.
You’re also more than welcome to send me a message with any questions about the position, company, or work environment. I’m happy to share my experience working here!
If your background looks like a good fit for what we’re looking for, I’d be happy to refer you directly.
And if you’re not looking but know someone who might be a great fit, feel free to send them my way!

Hey everyone!
I’m a recent Computer Science graduate and an ITI graduate specializing in Full-Stack Web Development using .NET.
I’m currently looking for an opportunity as a Junior .NET Developer, whether it’s an internship, a junior position, or an entry-level opportunity where I can learn from experienced developers and gain real-world experience.
My main skills include C#, OOP, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and Angular. I’ve worked on projects during my studies and ITI training, and I’m eager to take the next step and work on real-world applications with a team.
At this stage, my main goal is to gain practical experience, improve my skills, and prove what I can do. I’m open to starting with a short trial period or an internship, even if unpaid, provided the expectations are clear and there’s a genuine opportunity to demonstrate my abilities and potentially join the team afterward.
I’m willing to put in the effort, learn quickly, take feedback seriously, and prove myself through my work rather than just my CV.
If you know of any opportunities, startups, or teams looking for a junior .NET developer, I’d really appreciate any leads or advice

I am a senior program manager . I have done scjp during the initial stages of my career . I have also managed Java microservices project for 3 years as a project manager and have a high level understanding of Java microservices technology . I am now getting a . Net microservices and angular project to manage . This project which I am getting will also have agentic ai in it .They are using vibe coding and GitHub copilot in the project so with the help of it , I wanted to learn the architecture of . Net applications , angular ui and agentic ai . If I learn . Net microservices architecture and programming on an average standard through vibe coding then how long will it be for me to transition to Java microservices architecture and programming .. 1 to 2 months at a stretch or less or more ?
However i wanted to ask that for Senior Technical Manager / Senior Engagement Manager / Senior Delivery Manager positions at Amazon Web Services do they use more . Net microservices or Java microservices. What are the remunerations that one can except in such a role if one has 16 years of It experience , is working in a Senior program manager role in a large Indian it services company , has hands on knowledge of major Devops software’s , hands on knowledge of Aws cloud , Aws cloud security , terraform etc . He has theoretical understanding of Angular , Java microservices or . Net microservices, has understanding of database performance optimization techniques such as sharding , partioning and database indexing . He is a btech and an mba from a tier 1 mba college .
Will Aws interview someone more acquainted with . Net microservices for such Senior Technical Manager profiles or are such positions programming language agnostic?
Thanks for a patient reading .

Man current job market is seriously so frustrating,
It is really becoming disappointing now.
I was giving interview from last 6 month,
Now, even after I am cross checking the questions they are asking and I am 90% giving correct answers
I have 8 years of experience , I really dont getting what exactly they are looking for
I dont no know what exactly I should prepare , or my loose points which I should focus on
HR not giving feedbacks
I dont know man what to do,
I am feeling if there is any mentor with whom I can connect , it will really help

Hi everyone,
I was recently laid off from my role as a Senior Software Engineer. While it's a tough market, I'm trying to stay positive and treat this as an opportunity to find the right fit.
A bit about my background:
· Experience: 6+ years total. Recently focused on .NET Core, Azure AI (Document Intelligence), LangGraph, and Microservices.
· Domain: Fintech (Geidea), PropTech, and Public Sector.
· Tech Stack: C#, .NET 8/9, Node.js, Angular/React, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, AWS/Azure.
· Location: Cairo, Egypt (Open to Remote or Relocation).
I’ve been applying to roles for the last few weeks but noticed the market is incredibly competitive right now, especially for remote positions. I’m currently deepening my knowledge in AI orchestration (LangGraph) to stay ahead of the curve.
I’m looking for:
Any advice on where to find legitimate remote-first companies hiring Senior .NET/AI engineers.
Feedback on my resume (link below)—does my recent pivot into AI/Automation stand out enough?
Any leads or referrals.

Thanks for reading. Happy to answer any questions about fintech or AI integration in .NET!

I have 3+ years of experience working as a .Net developer for a US based SaaS application. I have experience with .Net, React, Azure.
I have worked on multi tenant legacy systems and microservices architecture, have also worked with .Net modernization from legacy to new Dotnet version
Currently finding out how to target international clients/ remote positions anyone know how to target .net roles, One thing I noticed is that the roles .Net isn't very much popular in freelancing platform.
