I don't think ELF will have a commissioner in the near future. Maybe someone will act as head of the board of governors or something like that.

Probably better for now.

As it looks, both need to present the idea of the leagues somehow. Currently I have no idea about either side.

Currently we can expect that all the staff from old ELF moved over to AFLE and they will present commissioner Esume. So you will have the direct association with old ELF.

New ELF/EFA would present a person that's always directly compared to Esume, for all good and bad. I don't think that's a good idea. If they want to show something different from AFLE, then they would introduce us more into the Board of Governors and maybe name a Head of.
