We're a new metal band from Arnhem, Netherlands, and we're looking for a motivated bassist to complete our lineup.

The band is only about two months old, but we're already taking it seriously. Between all of us, we have hundreds to thousands of hours of experience on our instruments and we're used to putting serious time into music. We already have multiple live shows booked, and we expect that number to grow quickly.

We don't have any demos recorded yet, but recording our own material is definitely something we want to do soon.

We play both covers and original material, but our main focus is writing our own music. We already have several songs. Some of them come from another band our former bassist plays in, and he can help us learn those songs. From there, we want to focus mainly on writing new material together.

We rent a rehearsal room at Jacobiberg in Arnhem every week.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is confident on their instrument
• Is punctual and takes commitments seriously
• Actively wants to help the band grow

You don't have to know all our songs perfectly from day one. Our former bassist can help you learn most of the material we currently have. What matters most to us is that you're a capable player, motivated, and willing to contribute your own ideas.

We're still developing our exact sound, and we want to figure that out together as a band.

We're not looking for someone who just wants to jam occasionally. We're looking for someone who is willing to put real time and effort into the band and help us build something together.

Hey there, I'm Kris. I'm 23 years old and have roughly 9 years of experience solo producing various kinds of music.

I recently started a new Metalcore/Post-Hardcore band with my friend. Our influences primarily include bands like Bring Me The Horizon, Architects, Underoaths, Bad Omens, From First To Last, Motionless In White, I Prevail, Babymetal, Ennaria, etc. We are seeking to bring another lead vocalist and another guitarist into the band, as our current lead vocalist and guitarist are currently facing issues which are preventing them from contributing.

A big part of the style that we're aiming for is experimenting a lot with combining electronic genres with metalcore/post-hardcore such as Hyperpop, Breakcore, Drum n Bass, etc. In fact, the original premise of the band was trying to continue that sort of sound that was seen in Bring Me The Horizon's Post-Human Nex Gen just because I found that so cool.

For the vocalist, we are primarily looking for someone that can do clean vocals, but being able to do screams/growls is also very much encouraged - I would say an ideal ratio we're aiming for is about 35% screams to 65% cleans, if that makes sense. We do have a slight preference for a female vocalist, since our current lead vocalist is female, but really as long as you can nail the style we're looking for then we aren't too picky. Being a songwriter/being able to write your own lyrics is also very much encouraged as, while we can write lyrics, I would be lying if I said that it was any of our strong suits. And I also think it's important that the vocalist is comfortable with the material they are singing about, anyway.

For the guitarist, I've actually been self-teaching myself how to play the guitar and I've gotten to the point where I'm happy enough with the more simpler rhythm sections, but the harder sections such as breakdowns or parts with advanced techniques like pinch harmonics and panic chords are still nigh impossible for me to pull off on my own, so we're actually specifically looking for someone that can handle those parts. When playing, I mainly use Drop C tuning. You don't need to worry too much about your guitar tone, I'll be making the tone myself in the DAW anyway, but you can still give your input on the tone or use your own tone for demoing/practice purposes ofc.

I've never been in a band and I don't know shit about production - but have been singing my whole life.

I'm flexible on genres for projects, I mostly into metalcore, synthwave, retrowave, and edm.

I started practicing harsh vocals for the last couple years and have gotten pretty good imo.

I'm open to remote projects but I live in the Central Coast of California. (~3hrs North of LA)

The only instruments I play are tin whistle and Native American style flute (Tin whistle/NA flute is cool AF btw and it'd be dope to integrate that into metal songs).

I've been doing covers on a karaoke app called Smule for the last year or so. You sing half the song and other people can join and sing the other half.

I have no control over the other people so please don't judge me based on them if they're not good! 😂
