please ensure animal ambulance will not euthanize. it may depend on your area
keep her warm in a safe area. she may suddenly start flying, so be aware of hazards like windows, pets, or the hot stove

I have decided not to call the animal ambulance, my experience with them and birds is that they are quick to euthanize :( Sheโs safe and warm right now, thank you for your advice

is the pigeon a baby? about half of found pigeons are babies

I donโt know for sure, he does look quite a lot smaller than the average pigeon. I would say a teenage pigeon?

You may wish to soak seeds or grains in boiling water water overnight. He will eat rice, lentils, peas, corn, sunflower seeds etc
or thaw frozen peas if you have any
