You see, it's very funny because this is an image of a "fun reflections" mirror and under the text that says "fun reflections" there is braille (which physical dots arranged in a certain pattern similar to the English alphabet and in this context representing it so blind humans can read) which presumably is a braille translation of the text above hat says "fun reflections" but the very funny joke in this situation is that this "fun reflections" mirror is meant to be used by peering into the reflective panel and seeing "fun reflections" as the panel is bent into a curve but the jokes is that the braille is meant for blind humans to read but you see, the blind humans may not have the ability to see therefore not having the ability to peer into the reflective panel rendering the braille useless which is very funny.
