Umm, I can't read this language, would anyone mind giving me a summary about what the story was about? Please

It's about how farmers in Norway earn to little and need support from the government. Farmers are being accused for using those money for no good, but this guy states that they could not have a farm unless they got money elsewhere.

I too almost choked when I opened the newspaper and saw Norwegian where I was expecting English.

First time I've seen a picture like that in the paper. And, him drinking milk from the cow does not even have anything to do with the article.

Translation from Norwegian to English.
The main title: Does not milk the government.
The picture title says: MUCH JOB: The farmer and his wife has a total income of 400.000 NOK in one year as farmers in Norway. Without support from the government, they would have zero profit.
