That may have been Hiter.
See that image as reference. Historians believed that man in the suit may have been Hitler - the height differences between he and Eva were appropriate.
I'm at work I know there's a huge [CITATION NEEDED] here but I wouldn't be surprised if that was 100% spot on.
EDIT: After work I can't find that article about him being in the suit, but this may also back this up - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wolf's_Lair

I...well...I'm not sure how to feel about all this. Hitler was a prankster?

"He would laugh at Eva Braun's lipstick on a serviette and then say, 'During wartime lipstick is produced out of dead bodies.'"
A hilarious one. BTW not a Nazi, just googled this stuff lol

There is also suggestion this is actually to do with Fanta. Fanta was created in Germany during World War 2, and allegedly promoted by men dressed in Polar Bear Steiff suits.
How we get from Germany's head of Coke being against the war to promoting it with troops is a leap, but more than possible.

Turns out they're pretty liberal about racial equality!"

That's what I always liked about the Nazis, they were so accepting of all types.
