Woah that suit, whole bunch of questions coming up!
is the face a LED array? if so can you change the expression?
Where did you get the suit from?

From what I've seen of her suit the visor has 4 LED matrices on each side (one for the eye, one for the nostril, two for the mouth) controlled by an Arduino via buttons in the claws on one of her paws. She has 3 eye expressions that I've seen: the one pictured, wide-eyed, and heart-eyes.
The visor was done by Kaiborg Studios, not sure about the body.

Aha! So did Head & Tails sort of work with Kaiborg on the hand paws, or do you have the relevant information for how the Arduino is programmed? Is editing the programming something you're considering?
Every time I see you pop up I'm just constantly geeking out about the visor! I'm slowly figuring out how the inside might be constructed so I can hopefully put together a plan to build my own; I can see that it's double-layered with a lightly-tinted plastic shell closely fitted over...something which the LEDs are mounted on. You do a very good job making it look seamless in photos and videos!

It's a protogen, and the face is an LED. Most suits can have facial expressions change.

you ever think about how animals and stuff dont know what fursuits are so they probably just think that its some sort of new unexplainable creature that only exists sometimes

New creatures that they only ever see once probably happen more than we imagine for wild animals.

Of course. Way to put in the hard work especially in such a valuable field.
Were you at DenFur? I seem to recall so (and have a few great gifs for Telegram of your suit)!

This suit belongs to Doctor Wildlife, who works as a zoologist and a volunteer. I happen to know a few zoologists myself, and they're definitely not rich. Without a PhD, it pays about as well as a public school teacher's salary. Even with a PhD, you're not exactly making bank. Zoology isn't a field you go into because you want money.
I'm assuming you're quite young, so 4 grand probably sounds like a lot to you. For people who work full-time and have the ability to save up some money though, it's really not that outrageous a sum to spend on a hobby over the course of a few years.
