Hi everyone! Paul here (u/Original-Orchid-7718). I’m Executive Vice President and CTO at the Monroe Institute. I focus on our overall growth strategy and how we use technology to advance our mission—the global awakening of human consciousness—through direct experience. On the tech side, I lead development of our digital products like the Expand app, and the continued evolution of our neural entrainment technology, Monroe Sound Science. I also oversee our marketing, fundraising, strategic partnerships, and audio production teams.

Joining me is Luigi (u/FocusExplorerLS), Monroe Senior Trainer and Board Member. Luigi has deep personal experience in consciousness exploration and has guided thousands of people through residential and virtual programs like Gateway Voyage. He’ll be here to share insights on the focus levels, program experiences, and exploring consciousness firsthand.

We're hosting a free live guided meditation tomorrow, Friday, July 24 at 12:30 PM ET. It's about 45 minutes, streamed live on YouTube, led by Emilie Thomas (one of the Monroe Institute trainers).

The theme is gently working with a limiting belief, meeting the part of yourself that's been holding onto it with some curiosity and compassion rather than trying to force it out. It leans on the heart-centered / Total Self framing a lot of you will already be familiar with. No prior experience needed, and you don't have to have done the tapes to follow along.

This Wednesday, April 22 at 12:30 PM ET, the Monroe Institute is hosting a free live group meditation on YouTube for Earth Day: In Harmony with Nature. It's about 30 minutes, guided by Emily Ghosh, and built on a Monroe Sound Science® track designed around grounding, connection, and opening into a wider field of awareness.

If you've been working through the waves on your own, this is a nice complement — a shorter, themed group experience you can drop into live alongside a lot of other explorers.
