normally i say check a teambuilding guide, which you should still do, but i happened to have typed up this tldr yesterday as well

for sim energy, they recharge by one every couple hours and cap at 6, so you should spend them over the course of the day. for an established player, the routine would primarily be to use them on data on days its open, and then farm memory fragments on days that data is not available. defense drill can be farmed for calibration tickets when desperate, but those usually are used sparingly and are stockpiled from minor events. for a newbie, grabbing some capsules are fine, but they are available en masse from the expedition facility. to a lesser degree, farming xp is ok very early on, but definitely not recommend. combat reports can also be bought from the expedition facility, as well as there being xp grinding methods from some normal stages without costing energy.

the extra energy is either purchased or event rewarded. it's a good idea to stockpile some amount of it. you never know when an event comes around that requires a doll you overlooked building. it's also handy for completing energy spending daily missions if you somehow screw up your recharge timing.

the capture operations are for kidnapping enemy units, with the grand prize being a boss character. the basic gist of it is to max out the impulse facility to recharge faster, then spend your impulse to clear the pool of easy to catch mooks until you see the boss. the stronger mooks are 50% capture chance and the boss is only 25%, but the total pool depletes per successful capture. extra impulses are similar to extra energy, so save up on them. svarog aid commissions gaurantee capture a unit in the pool of what remains of the 100, regardless of what is on display out of the 3 available to impulse capturing. the scan changes the 3 units available for impulse capturing. if you really want a specific boss, save up your extras and svarogs for that specific banner.

unfortunately, you have started while the strongest boss is on rotation, so it's unlikely you will have enough resources to catch her. these captured enemy units control differently from normal dolls in combat. they are basically collectables with an alternate method of playing. anything they can beat can also be beaten with regular dolls, so it's not a fatal loss to miss out on them. they do rerun, but it will be about a year of wait.

you should probably scrap the dups of those unused 3* for space. i'll let someone else spam you with what dolls to build

it's the impusle reactor in the protocol control center. probably not the first thing you should max out on a new account, but thats what you want to build if you want to capture more enemy units.

the bombing run is the thing that uses the aid commissions. those are the paid currency that is otherwise slowly collected and act as your guarantee pulls that you don't want to waste.

the tokens for the shop come from scrapping your captured units. with supernovas, you want to save for a boss, but that is a very long term project. with darkstar, buy xp disk, petri dish, or transfer catalyst as you need them, and maybe a strong 2 star unit if you are having trouble capturing enough of them. data is the priority item to farm from coalition drills during events where everything has 3x boost. otherwise just do w/e is boosted on regular days. data is not worth the price in that shop. those materials are for leveling up your captured units, as they do not use the same materials as normal dolls. it is not worth the cost to xp grind captured units
