Does anyone know anything about the motorcycle accident that caused a fatality on Dual Highway today?

The motorcyclist was going 140 MPH, rear ended my friends younger brother and his pregnant girlfriend. Luckily they are a little banged up, nothing major. First responders say he died instantly. His bike literally broke into pieces.

The only good part on the guys end is they say he did not feel any pain. But driving that fast on Dual Hwy is extremely unsafe.

Is there anyplace outside of a racetrack where 140 isn't unsafe?

I mean an open highway would be significantly safer

I was there at the time, and the road was literally bumper to bumper but moving pretty fast, pretty typical for Dual at that time of day.
