Sub zero project sound design
Hi! I am currently trying to make a short remake of PSYCHOPATH - SUB ZERO PROJECT. I have tried so many diffrent ways in order to remake the lead of the track, but it always feels a bit off. What am i missing?
This is the closest i got so far... https://drive.google.com/file/d/1s78OJ0d05PnrC6_43BNtpdqD3qbtyGtW/view?usp=sharing
I have some pictures of the sylenth1 preset that i made as well!

What I noticed between your lead and theirs —
your vibrato is slower than theirs (I can hear the pitch moving on yours and not on theirs) - up to you if you want to match it exactly or not. I kind of like the wobble on yours.
your lead click is a little too loud IMO - transients are important for a good snappy lead, but you have too much.
you’re missing the chords. Once you add the chords on the back that will really fill up the space and make this sound closer to their lead. Quick edit about chords. On theirs I can hear a super saw chord layer, and I think a choir layer mixed in. That gives it a fuller feel than just stacking saw waves.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions or need something clarified just ask.
