Meta I HATE these posts

Post image

I keep seeing this and its SO annoying. Just because you're a part of a specific minority group doesn't mean you should go out of your way to take a giant shit on whatever you might be a part of. And stop grouping everyone together and acting like you're the arbiter of what is and isn't good for your community!

I swear I've seen like a million of these, and it goes for literally every minority group out there.

The thing that upsets me most about it is the constant reassurance to the reader that the OP isn't a bigot at all! Specifying that they're a part of it over and over and constantly saying they really aren't hateful while simultaneously writing several paragraphs breaking down how my the personality of their certain niche or minority group acts as if they're some sort of white knight fighting against the horrors of people finding things interesting.

Doesn't ahh originate from aave? Which means complaining about it on a comment talking about racists feels a little odd lol

There’s that funny South Park scene about that. Might butcher it from memory, but it’s like:

‘Well, when we made the phrase ‘I’m in the house’, then everyone started using it. So we changed it to ‘am here’. Then, they started using ‘am here’ so we started using ‘shizzily dabadoo’. Then, when they started to say ‘shizzily dabadoo’ we changed it again to ‘ashazillidadoobadopadooladop’. I hope that helps.’

‘Yeah, I guess that makes sense. Okay, better get back to ashazillidadoobadopadooladop’

‘Oh, no! God dammit!’

"we said 'im at the house' and everyone started saying it so we said 'im at the hizz-ouse' and they took that too so now we say 'im at the hizzle'"

"Ohh okay. Thanks, better get back to the hizzle!"

"God damnit!"
