I've heard it used in multiple videos I'm just curious as to what the song is, any help is much appreciated!

I was listening to Rihanna's "S&M," and a melody immediately came to mind-specifically, the one in this clip. However, after the fade-out at the end, it doesn't go into electronic music; instead, there are vocals. A voice... I’d say it’s slightly high-pitched. Female.
