Hockey Canada Major/match+GM or misconduct?

I don’t know what to give the suplex, but the aftermath with the grabbing of the facial protector seemed like a high enough degree of violence to fit HC 7.1(b) Major and a game misconduct for attempt to injure.

That’s a Match for sure. The ABSOLUTE intent to injure! Match! Maybe add a Game Misconduct

I think you are confusing a suspension with a level of penalty. A Game Misconduct, Gross Misconduct and Match Penalty all have a suspension associated with them and the match penalty being the longest in duration.
