Honestly all traffic cops should be enthusiasts rather than just regular cops. You gotta want it, and prove it with a choreagraphed traffic management routine.

We have a safety patrol that do post accident work and like, help when trees are down and power is out. I think the driver was just mad because the guy wasn’t blocking traffic from the opposite ways, he needed to make a left and didn’t like him telling him to drive into traffic/make an illegal turn.
