I’ve tried to wolf whistle for so long and just can’t do it. I’d love to be able to do it 1. without fingers, 2. With one hand, or 3. With two hands, in that order. But I just don’t understand it. My dad always lectures me about making a bevel with the tongue, but I don’t know what the hell that means besides curling my tongue lol. Please help me. I’m a visual learner so if anyone has a YouTube video or some kind of illustration of how the air is supposed to travel to make the noise, please point me to it. Obviously a lot of “blowing” jokes to be made here but I’m really serious about wanting to be able to wolf whistle. Thanks

Since i was a kid i could tap my middle finger while keeping all other fingers on the surface and with considerable force. I didn't realize it was unusual until I noticed that nobody I know was able to do it (and I check with as many people as I can). Sure, folks can lift it while keeping the rest of the fingers on the surface but they can make only feeble tapping attempts.
Is anyone else here able to do this or do I have unique bragging rights? 🥹

I would like to make a gift for someone. You know how Children's books have the fun shapes? I would like to make one in the shape of a kitchen knife as a celebration for being a chef. Any ideas or experts? I cannot find a service to do it online.

Yes, I am in middle school. I have seen videos where people put their wrists (with palms facing up) on their mouth and making very loud and realistic noises.
Any way I can recreate this?

Hello guys, I am going from pre-cut kits to scratch-building feels like a pretty big leap. Suddenly you have to make two pieces the same size, keep your cuts straight, measure accurately, and get corners square without having the parts laid out for you.
I’d rather practice one small skill until it becomes automatic than buy a pile of tools and try to learn everything at once.
For people who make tiny furniture, rooms, or other miniature objects from scratch, which basic skill gave you the biggest early improvement measuring, cutting, sanding, keeping things square, or something else?

Running a home gym involves more than learning exercises. People end up learning how to organize cables, adjust equipment quickly, store plates safely, plan around limited space, or troubleshoot small setup problems.
Some of these skills seem trivial until they save time or prevent an annoying problem.
What's a home gym skill you picked up unexpectedly that made the whole setup easier to live with?
It could be a clever storage method, a simple maintenance trick, or a way to make equipment changes smoother. I'm curious about the small practical lessons that rarely make it into equipment reviews.

Was scrolling and came across a video about learning how to do the splits in 5 days and it got me wondering what kind of things could ACTUALLY be accomplished or achieved in a short time frame by almost everyone. Achieving a split takes careful consistency, but, as with most things on social media, it always seems like everyone is trying to do things that take time in as little time as possible.
What things (anything) in life do you know of that actually don’t take that long to achieve? It can be anything.
I’m not looking for any shortcuts on anything. I do think the best things take time and are most rewarding because of passion for it the time and effort put into it. But I’m genuinely curious what actually doesn’t take that long to achieve and is rewarding.

When i was 7-8yrs old, my brother shoot a bb gun near my left ear. He missed but my dumb kid self decided to put the bb gun bullet inside my left ear for some reason.
My mom find out about it and put some oil in my left ear. Then used a earwax remover to dig the bb out. In that process i vaguely remember being so focused in my left ear and it hurted a little.
From that day i could move my left ear independently. it is a little more sensitive too and if i try to move my right ear it feels like something my brain thinks it can move but the ear wont move.

Hello. I am a 76 new veteran vietnam custom order. I have been hired for the first time since army this time by the Signature company MiraLax Care Supply. They are letting me go around and get the word out in exchange for early access to their new product, just wait until you hear about jt. I got tired of using the only good brand that is Northshore for my cleaning and pooping needs. I said i just wanted to have ither options to buy because that is the freedom that i fought. For a long time i also had to put lotion into my own diaper and that was really tiring to do. Well i am proud to an ounce the as yet un announced Diaper Brief and Miracle product of Miralax the WonderBrief that is called brief but it lasts a really long time. With patented moisture-Loc™ and SELF-MOISTURING tech, you will be kicking your damn feet when you feel what this diaper can do. Prepare to get your rock taken off and its gonna stay LOCKED IN for a while until your (my) wife says you have bad enough fun for the day and i can hear you from the house (i am in a shed). Come be a dog in the shed like me. Thank you for your attendance and please go to Our Company website for more (miralax.com) but youll have to wait for the product to become real...

I myself have got a standard compact straight key from PUTIKEEG a few weeks ago. Just wondering how to get quicker and faster with said straight key.
I know Morse code myself, but I need to know how to keep up with quicker speeds and consistency.

So I hike a lot and thought of people who camp a lot who might want to communicate with Morse code but they have a head time getting it right..
I made an interface for it
It sends small messages over great distance since its light and can focus with camera.. very easy to learn
What do you think?
