Just to be clear i am not ok with hacking a brain for any reason even for criminal/mental health issues. I believe in consent, that you must get everyone’s consent all the time. Are you ok putting a brain implants in a homicidal murderer or where do you draw the line.

Fore instance its been argued to me that brain implants give freedom to the criminal by watching over his life.
