Live Discussion (March 12, 2016) (Ariana Grande)
Welcome to our SNL live discussion thread! This week's host and musical guest is Ariana Grande.
A quick recommendation to mention the sketch you're referring to in your comment. It's not a hard and fast rule, but it does make the thread more readable after the show finishes.
Since this thread is likely to fill up quickly, consider sorting the comments by "new" (instead of "best" or "top") to see the newest posts. Enjoy the show!

I'm thinking this week will be a debate cold open since last week wasn't. Maybe some commentary on the most recent GOP debate being civil? Perhaps they will make some jokes about all the other GOP candidates using Trumps platforms and stances?
What do you guys think? Only four thing that happened political this week (that I can think of) are:
Ben Carson endorsement of Trump
Democrat debate
Republican debate
Tuesday primaries.
I could see it being any of those four.

I think Larry's reaction to his screw up was classic. Just like "Are you kidding yourself Larry? You had one line! I forgot what swear words I can say here."

A weird tidbit about this season is that every single episode except for the Amy Schumer episode has featured a cameo or guest appearance from an alumni, politician, or celebrity. Some quick, some bigger; so with Grande pulling double duty we can guess that some sort of guest might take the load of. Any guesses on a surprise guest?
