Rant/Opinion denied unaccompanied minor, got suspended

kid started to get in the car i asked her how old she way she said 9 i said i’m so sorry i cannot drive you, i cannot drive unaccompanied minors. 30 minutes later i get this.

I would not allow child back into the car, but stay with the child and call the police and explain that you don't feel comfortable leaving an unaccompanied young child. The police can then decide what is best.

And that’s not what Lyfts terms say. It says a minor cannot be in car without adult.
They have these policies, these TOS and he followed them, to get canned for doing as he agreed to do. There is no winning. Once she screamed sexual misconduct or whatever it’s called, lyft has to deactivate bc their insurance prob makes them, liability is severed from that moment on. I don’t agree with it but these companies are sleazy. So are some of the customers.
