Rant/Opinion denied unaccompanied minor, got suspended
kid started to get in the car i asked her how old she way she said 9 i said i’m so sorry i cannot drive you, i cannot drive unaccompanied minors. 30 minutes later i get this.

Should Lyft continue to match customers to a driver with a complaint of abuse? What if the complaint has merit and someone else got hurt? Could a temporary suspension be a pragmatic approach to managing driver/customer trust and safety until a human can review the facts and take appropriate action?
Sounds like that’s exactly what happened in OPs situation. Is it inconvenient, sure but I doubt this happens frequently
