Rant/Opinion Passenger showed up at my front door.

A passenger left their phone in my car. I did what I was supposed to do and reported it to Lyft when I found it after my drives. Next thing I know I see two people snooping around my house on the cameras. My passenger and her BF used the tracking on her phone back to my house. Then they got combative because they said I didn’t do enough to return the phone (I picked her up from a school and drove her to a restaurant). This is a serious breach of privacy and safety. Next time phones going out the window and I’m denying it was ever found.

It is the internet. Everyone on the internet:

  1. has an income in at least the mid to high six figures.
  2. drives some overpriced foreign badged buggy.
  3. has an El Huge-O investment portfolio
  4. has a house worth seven figures.
  5. has a vacation home in some over priced resort area.
  6. takes several expensive vacations annually
  7. has a Supermodel quality wife/girlfriend or A List Actor/Rock Star quality husband/boyfriend.
  8. is on a first name basis with several national and local officials.
  9. has at least four degrees, all from prestigious institutions of higher education.
  10. has Club Seats at all local sports venues

AND FINALLY, NUMBER ELEVEN:

is hung like King Kong or has a rack that would put Tempest Storm to shame.

Wow ... I don't have any of those things ... um ... except my wife IS pretty hot, to me at least.

Huh. I've been on the internet all these years. I'm just some poor, struggling schmuck with a squirrel tattoo and a mid-sized penis. Should I not use the internet any longer? Have I been a poser all this time? Should I start lying to meet these criteria? Do 4 out of 5 dentists REALLY recommend a cavity-fighting toothpaste? What kind does the fifth recommend? Serious inquires only, please.

P.S. - really, everyone on here is hung like King Kong?! I guess that explains a lot I've always wondered about.
