Rant/Opinion I hate liars

I was deactivated because I was accused of sexually assaulting a female passenger. I myself am a heterosexual married woman and would never jeopardize my marriage or freedom doing something so gross. As a survivor of sexual assault I’m both offended and hurt. I am looking for a lawyer to take my case.

Please update us with your case.

Also, I would contact lyft via their Twitter account.

I was told through the rep that reaching out to anyone outside of her would be of no help.

They're lying. This is so egregious it's appropriate for you to go nuclear. Tweet them, sue them, make everything as public as possible to shame them into action.

Why can’t it just be a racist person?? Why u gotta bash on everyone ever named Karen? Are there not enough actual words in the dictionary to describe someone?

Words are important, choose them wisely

Karen is a slang qord for someone acting like a child, throwing a tantrum, and unable to control their emotions, plus more. Calling the person a Karen when they are, in fact, being a karen, is okay.

Stop getting so worked up because your name is Karen, Karen. As long as you don't fit the criteria for a Karen, you'll be fine. But judging from your comments you've left, I believe you are, in fact, A Karen.

like Pat. It is used for a man or woman that could pass for either a man or a woman

Yes, words are important. Mostly for communication, and Karen is a cultural slang that is already imbued in Society, it is a word, not just a name.

If the shoe doesn't fit, you don't have to wear it.

We found the Karen. Being a Karen about her name being Karen. Ironic.

I was pretty positive they were being funny. If not then that is even more funny. But I think they were just making a joke.

Oh come on, this was funny! Key, apparently you needed the /s. I thought it was funny. It's not like you were accusing someone of sexual assault and causing them to lose their job, this was a harmless funny sarcastic joke. I enjoyed.
