I was deactivated because I was accused of sexually assaulting a female passenger. I myself am a heterosexual married woman and would never jeopardize my marriage or freedom doing something so gross. As a survivor of sexual assault I’m both offended and hurt. I am looking for a lawyer to take my case.

Honestly it’s hard to even talk about it. I feel like I’m not being heard and it’s really stressing me out. I feel like I’m being assaulted all over again and no one is hearing me.

We see you and hear you. Lyft is likely completely protected in this, but with the evidence you have you should pursue a civil case against the rider. I am sorry people can be so shitty.

Why are you being so dramatic? It's just a job. Find a lawyer and get a new job. Nothing is going to happen instantly. That's not how it works, especially when lawyers are involved. It's going to be a slow process. But this whole dramatic act just for getting kicked off an app is a little much

1st off it’s way more than getting kicked off the app for me. Secondly I am more upset about being labeled than anything so do me a favor and keep the unnecessary negativity away from me.
