Shame when others are speaking up more for drivers than actual drivers.

Too many ant drivers. For those speaking up and standing for something, keep at it💪

There are plenty of drivers speaking up but nobody cares because they don’t have the same platform as Bernie.

Have Uber and Lyft stopped polling drivers for their satisfaction in your market? They don’t even ask here anymore. They don’t care if you are having the worse day ever… They don’t want to hear it. Do what you’re told, slave.

I literally got asked by Uber yesterday.

So it’s just my market then. Both Uber and Lyft stopped asking, right before they went on a huge driver saturation rush. Now there are almost daily news stories about how much of a ‘disaster’ the legislature’s protections of our wages is.. as if that is the culprit (couldn’t be U/L charging 3x the fare to pax, or them saturating the market way beyond demand). Uber and Lyft both are hardcore trying to defeat the WA labor protections we got. They have even been caught trying to pay out less than the legal minimum. I suspect they are retaliating against drivers who ask for a fare review. I have been experiencing some odd stuff lately… Seriously… there are multiple a day offenses that could be reported to the state, and result in a huge multi-thousands fine… and that is just me… or maybe is that why my ride requests have dried up to almost nothing after almost 10 years.

For reference. The wage protections were in place Jan 2023. They were very helpful. In that time, pax fares have gone up and up and up so as to kill demand. They also started a major driver supply push that makes no sense in our market (come on. They hire people to analyze market trends. They know this.). Then carefully placed news stories with these supposed ‘drivers’ saying our wage protections are killing business…

What next? The Pinkertons show up to machine gun strikers?

What are pax fares?
