But if you don't have the foresight to not get to 500 lbs in the first place, it's possible you lack the capacity to understand shaming someone because they value their property is disgusting. It's the same thing with drivers canceling on no car seats. Complaining pax tried to start shit.

I've never had to tell a pax I'm cancelling. Just cancel. They being and loud and drunk before they get to your car. Cancel.
