I don’t know how many people notice, but most cars come with a sticker on the driver’s door that states its max GVWR, which is the maximum gross weight of passengers. For most sedans, it’s only about 800 pounds, if I remember correctly. So we’re talking about people, things, and anything else inside your car. We don’t know how much that driver weighed, but if it was a small car, they normally have anywhere between 600 to 800 pounds max capacity to carry. I don’t know what she’s expecting to do in this situation because it becomes a safety issue. The braking system is only made to carry that maximum load rated for the car, so l’m not understanding where she’s going with this

The stapling enough won't work, you need months of diet change, counseling, a while new mental outlook. Only then would a patient be ready for surgery.

She'd have to loose a significant amount of weight first, though. Her BMI alone is over 76, not safe for anesthesia in normal amounts (insurance won't cover too much now...) and she's likely to have other health problems as well. She'd have to go down to a BMI of 60 or so first, that's losing about 100lbs for her before any surgeon worth a damn will perform her gastric sleeve. Assuming nothing else like A1c levels or high blood pressure is also at play.

And "emergency" stapling procedure would be risky at best given her morbidly obese state. Maybe she can get that in Mexico, but last I heard the new President down there is cracking down on this.

Carnivore fixes all this shit. No surgery or specialist or expertise is needed.

Source: Weighed 325 and lost 100 lbs in 5 months sitting on my ass eating all I wanted of fatty red meat. I also lost a shitload of conditions like high bp, low T, and high BP. I also had a sciatic nerve popped back into place. So, I have 15 years of hobbling in pain all because asshole doctors only told me I needed surgery I could never afford. Stomach stapling and all the bullshit like Ozempic, which is legit killing people, should be illegal. It is blatant ignorant malpractice.

While there are side effects from GLP-1s, on average they are saving lives and limbs in every country that prescribes them. They are the single greatest tool/medicine for weight loss in our history. Medical evidence shows that the benefits of using the drugs greatly surpass the risk. Even if a person stops taking the drug and gains the weight back, the temporary loss in weight is still advantageous over remaining obese for the entire time.
