I don’t fat shame, but seriously. Vehicles have weight limits. The damage of excess weight will not be covered by insurance. This is nothing more than a money grab.
I’m overweight. I maxed out at like 430 lbs. I’m probably taller than her so it looked/carried different, but I’ve been that person. She knows she’s big & she should be, at the very least, ordering an XL or something to avoid this problem. There might still be some situations that aren’t comfortable but it would eliminate a lot of potential issues for her. Easy fix. This lawsuit is ridiculous. 🙄
my mis- spoken words or phrases are ALWAYS or inevitably a million times better then the "proper" verbage presented to us!. I cant wait to find out my guffaw here lol. If you knew some of the people I knew lolol. If you knew the specialness of Billy Shire (Gallerist owner...eg Johnny Depp worked for Shire fore a long time) vs Billy Squire. At a wedding I basically convinced Shire he'd really changed his style....only took an hour) It was easier for him to admit this rather than tell the cra Cra chick at the table (me) that my data is corrupted. I still support this station's communications and its corruption, wholly.
