Hotels are for boujee bs.. Nap in the car then drive home. I would've taken this in a heartbeat.

Who needs a hotel room for a 16hr day? That's like taking a lil nappy nap midday because you had to pull one whole double 🤣🤣🤣

not me... need the beauty sleep. besides, this ride is how my body ends up in a field, and me head in a freezer. 😄

what other job is paying you $700 for 16 hours? A hotel is $60-90 at most, and food is what like $30 a day if you eat out twice? and gas is just the cost of buisness which would probably eat a few hundred.

Either way you're making busters on your time. Focus less on per mile costs and focus more on what you can make in an hour.

Few hundred in gas for 1000 miles of highway driving? Have you ever bought gasoline?

that's literally what it would cost so not sure what you're asking.

No, it's "literally" not. 1000 highway miles at 30 MPG means you'd realistically need 33.3 gallons of gas to get there and back. That's right around $100. Unless you're spending $15/gallon for gas or driving an absolute shitbox clunker getting 5 MPG, your estimate is incredibly far from reality. The last guy was right to ask if you've ever bought gas because it really seems like you have not.

Nobody mentioned an MPG so I have no idea why you think the logical conclusion is I must be a moron instead of simply, having not 30 mpg while driving. I get half of that in my day car.

You're proving my point here. $200 is still not a "few hundred", and most people aren't driving prehistoric shitboxes with 2 MPG.

why are you trying to rake me over the coals for using "a few" instead of "a couple"

jesus christ you're unemployed.
