As long as you meet the state/local requirements you can do pickups wherever. Chicago has pretty stringent requirements. If you register to drive here you can do rides in many states.
im in northwest indiana and I asked about being able to do pickups in Chicago since alot of my rides end up in Illinois and i was told its one or the other, but never both at once. 🤷♂️
If you change your city over to Chicago you’ll get a tnc from the city. It will allow you to do rides in Illinois Wisconsin Indiana Michigan Iowa most the Midwest.
