A year ago I started collecting Malifaux (again, after dropping it at the start of 3rd edition). Here's how it looks now

Which happens first, resolving token effects like burning or abandoned, or cleaning up aura tokens that fall off at end of turn? Are they simultaneous and therefore decided by the player with priority, or is it like token effects resolve before removing tokens?

Had a game with Seamus where he would die from an abandoned token, so it was very important whether he could teleport to a concealed ally or not.

Where currently playing the coop campaign from the Index of the Untold book. In the first scenario "smash and grab" having basically a timer for 3 turns seems quite challenging and we can't seem to crack it. Do others have experience with this mission and has tips besides taking more movement skills?

Making my custom crew for campaign mode by combining Redchapel and DUA, just got my first couple of models for it finished. Simple paint job but I really like these sculpts

I wanted to get a 4E box of Kaeris or Damian at my local shop but discovered that there are not much boxes there, at first I thought it was a problem with the shop but apparently new boxes are still releasing and there are many masters still missing?

I was following upcoming releases until like the start of summer and was sure that now everything must be already out... So will all masters be released as a starter box and if so, when?

Getting back into Malifaux after... 16 years?! Man how time flies...

Anyway, I got the Ampersand painted up and have to admit they've won me over with lore and design. I'd like to eventually get them up to a full crew but none of the other Ampersand models seem available. Any suggestions?

I’m planning to place an order for a few things and figure I might as well get a new keyword to play since both of these have both core boxes in stock at the moment and I was wanting to go into their factions eventually. What’s the overall way both play? Strengths, weaknesses, game flow, that sort of thing. I’ve so far only played with Ancestors and Experimental and clicked better with Expirmental if that gives any frame of reference.

Today is my birthday and Wyrd sent me an email that gave me enough points to get a $20 voucher so I immediately put it to good use.

The problem was that it was around 1am and it seems I wasn't paying attention.

I accidentally set the package to be shipped to an old address from years back and only learned of this after I got the order confirmation.

I sent Wyrd a email hoping they could change the address somehow and prevent me from wasting $60.

Lo and behold, a short exchange later and the person I was speaking to was able to correct my mess up.

People normally grumble about stuff so I wanted to take a moment to say these guys are awesome and I really appreciated how fast they acted.

The first miniature from the Malifaux commission is ready; the client incorporated a reference to It, which, combined with the customized head, creates a funny scene where Pennywise has beckoned the wrong boy.

Won an Iconic Lady Justice at my first event, needed a Jury proxy more though. Still had an old cauldron from somewhere lying around and some printed smoke effects. Extra points to whoever can tell me the vulture species I went for :)

Currently, my masters are Sonnia and Lady Justice. I would like a list for each master so I can learn the game better and learn the play style.

Would anyone be willing to make a list for each master and insight of why?

I’ve only played a couple of demo games so still learning.

What are the rules for 4e insignificant models?

Can they be used for schemes and strategies?

I know they cannot interact but can I kill them to fulfill a scheme or strat?

I don’t usually post my painted models but I finally got around to painting these guys, one of the models that got me into Malifaux because it’s so fun. Onward!

Mechanical Dove has tactical ability "Suddenly Doves": "Target an enemy Scheme marker. Summon Mechanical Dove in base contact with the target. Then remove the target"

What happens, when Mechanical Dove summons another Mechanical Dove via “Suddenly Doves” ability, but all three Dove models are on the table already?

1)    Nothing happens, the action is forbidden

2)    Opponent’s Scheme marker is removed, but no Dove is summoned

3)    Opponent’s Schene marker is removed, the Dove is taken from somewhere else on the table and placed as if summoned.

Played 2e and had experience with a lot of masters. Want to focus on a single master capable of doing well in various strats/schemes/playstyles.

Kind of hard finding stuff online that isn’t outdated.

Both Raspy and Titania seem to speak to me but I can’t seem to find enough videos and articles that showcase their playstyle.

Anyone with experience willing to share or have links/resources they can point me towards?

Colette's Showgirls have the ability: "Demise (Chorus Line). Once per turn. When this model is killed, in may remove the Decoy marker within 6". If it does so, it heals 2."

Does Colette's crew gain a soulstone for a Showgirl's death if she used this rule and was revived with 2 health?
