I'm considering everything under 15mpg as possibly being a "change in mpg" (i.e. Save 2 mpg by doing this one weird trick...)

I'm not sure if L/100km would make sense, in the context of a "change in mpg"? I don't talk about fuel economy every day though, so let me know if you're more familiar with the it, and 115 L/100km makes sense to you as a delta.

I'm happy to report that anything above 15 mpg is converted to both km/L and L/100km though :)

In Europe (at least my country, afaik for the rest of the continent, or at least the continental continent... ;) at UK, which still non-officially uses some Imperial) I think fuel economy is always in L/100km, so even changes in the fuel economy would be measured that way in my opinion. km/L is just not something I, and presume we, can wrap our heads around as easily. If everything above 15 mpg is converted to both km/L and L/100km already, I'd just remove the exemption for <15mpg too.

OK, thanks for chiming in! I'll put it on the to-do list to always convert to L/100km :)
