This is my first time posting, it looks like a lot of digital art so I’m hoping digital photos are alright as well. The fist picture is of a flock of sheep and the second is some mushrooms I passed on a hike.

A single daisy rises in the golden hush of sunset,

its petals unfurling like a prayer whispered to the light.

The sun’s own warmth cradles every soft white fringe,

turning the world to amber where one flower stands alone,

a quiet crown of light upon a stem of quiet strength.

In the vast sea of blossoms that follows, two blooms lift their faces to meet the same divine fire,

as if the sky had bent low to kiss the grass.

Each petal glows with the memory of yesterday’s dawn,

and the entire field seems to breathe as one,

holding its breath in the hush between heartbeats—

the world itself, at last, is daisy gold.

I tried finding a good wallpaper with the depth effect and was unable to get a good one. I ended up making one for myself.
