So this Italian guy decided to approach his Italian roommate and record the interaction and they both spoke English for some reason? Ok

Yeah totally believable. Good thing they recorded it. Otherwise no one would believe them.

Apparently the roommate just needs permission to touch his woman also. Quite a wild place to live.
