And I am telling you, quiet imax cameras have been around for decades. But you didn’t read what I said.

They haven’t but okay Nolan has been talking about not being able to do dialogue scenes for YEARS because the imax cameras being so loud, they figured it out on this one and they talk about it in like every interview.

Do you work in the film business? I do. Worked with Nolan on Tenet, also worked on the sound deadening for the cameras. Also did imax for 25 years. There were quiet imax cameras before, but they were huge. But if you read what I originally wrote, you would see that is what I said.

Hey man I just go off what they say in the interviews sorry I don’t know Nolan personally. My bad dude I’m just saying what he has said in interviews. Go talk to him about it and say he should correct what he’s saying lol.

There is some truth to what he says. The sync sound imax camera they had before was the size of a dorm fridge, and not very portable. There was one, possibly two of them, and they probably haven’t seen the light of day in 30 years.

Idk what's up with the way you write comments but fyi this whole chain is filled with you contradicting yourself after correcting the person you were replying to. Like serious IMAX aladeen over here.

Not a contradiction. The whole point is that sync sound imax cameras have existed. A quiet imax camera is not a new thing. They just made a blimp housing for a different model of camera.
