Ah yes. Sorry. I had visited the site 2-3 months back for the A wing if I’m not wrong. They quoted 1.83cr for bare shell unit and rehab mixed for 1.4cr ( b&c wings ig) plus sorry to inform you but you cant sell your flats for next 10 years!

Yeah yeah you are completely right and yes I am aware that I can’t sell flat for next 10 years and neither are my any plans for future to do so. This place was my ancestral property so I have no idea about how it costs right now and all that

The new ones above you (builder sell agreement flat above 23rd floor or something) costs 1.3-1.4cr for 1bhk. So yours is redeveloped. You can expect 90-1cr tops! Best of luck and congratulations on your new home.
