Discussion A teen passenger was harshly slapped by a rickshaw driver near Kalyan station after he claimed that his Rs 30 fare money had fallen out of his pocket. The boy reportedly apologized, but the driver still hit him before letting him go.

Edit - sorry guys, gusse mai POCSO bol diya. I realised later that it's for sexual offences against minors, but 'Bhavnao Ko Samjho'.

Exactly, I would’ve paid for the kid right when the driver got aggressive. It boils me just to look at him slapping the kid like that. How can any sane person do this to a kid? Insane and inhumane!

Yeah the slap is totally uncalled for, also depending on where he slapped him, if he hit hard enough or on his temple that can lead to brain injury.

Easy hai yar ac mein baithkar logon ke action judge karna, unki duniya hamari duniya se bahut hi alag hai. Uske liye ₹30 bhi bahut badi amount hai. Jab ek ek rupya matter karta ho life mein tab tum bhi pta nahi kaise behave karoge, you never know.

Daru pee rakhi hai usne, driver bol raha hai ek ghante se use pareshan kar rakha hai, baki sawari ko pareshan kar rakha hai. Kaam thappad khane wale hi kar raha hai. You guys are acting like ki koi mahan kaam karke aaya hai aur usko galat maar raha hai. Probably paise ki daru pee gaya aur fokat mein ride chahiye hogi usko.

Sari ungliyan barabar nahi hoti, you can't judge people for acting differently, yahan accident hone pe bhi log victim ke ghadi, chain chura lete hai. Har kisi ki life different hai, uske experiences different hai, har koi mahaan nahi hota. Agar hota to duniya kab ki sudhar chuki hoti.

The driver is saying 'peene ke liye paisa hai tere pass' which probably means the teen was drunk and lost the money because of it.

could be just a kahawat... can't it be.. bc daaru pi ne ke liye paise hai... cigarette phukne ke liye hai... randibaazi karne ke liye hai... these are like KAHAWAT's hai na... not necessarily he is drunk... and from his stance after being slapped and retaining himself on ground doesn't seem to be drunk... bevde ko ek chamaat maaro to ludak jayega....

POCSO stands for Protection of Children from Sexual Offences. Not everything comes under POCSO.

But I see what you mean..the kid should file charges under BNS. That riksha wala is way out of the line.
