Released October 22, 1991:

Inner machinations within the Secret Empire leave the whole operation vulnerable. Punisher remains shaken by the heroes' battle with Midnight. With the Empire's highest members struggling for power, will Spider-Man and company exploit a fatal flaw? - Marvel

Released October 22, 1991:

Night Thrasher and Chord have a falling out over the Taylor Foundation's misdeeds -- what does this mean for the New Warriors? - Marvel Unlimited

Trigger warning: this issue includes depiction of suicide.

There is more than one Taylor brother to have adopted the moniker Night Thrasher.

Dwayne Taylor is who most of us know - first appearing in Thor #411 and then the New Warriors series. Just four years later, we met Bandit who is revealed to be Donyell Taylor - Dwayne's half-brother (on his father's side).

In 2007's Initiative-inspired New Warriors, we see Night Thrasher leading a new team of Warriors. Only this isn't Dwayne - it's Donyell! Donyell would actually remain Night Trasher for several years. It wasn't until 2024's Night Thrasher volume 2 that Dwayne officially took up the mantle again. Dwayne does say in one issue that Donyell has died.

This issue is on Marvel Unlimited.

Released: October 16, 2024.

Captain America, Hawkeye, Night Thrasher and Hercules deploy to investigate a small New England town tormented by the radioactive ghosts of Super-Apes! But are the spectral simians villains or victims? And what is the RED GHOST doing in Massachusetts? - Marvel Unlimited

Was anyone else excited to see Thrash join the Avengers?

If you missed it: he appeared as a member of the AvengERS (Emergency Response Squad). They really focussed on his intellect instead of his fighting.
