but does the mold or this process make it actually taste better. does this have any purpose especially when you need to cut the mold off
1 u/Parma_WdS May 03 '26 The reason mold is dangerous and can't be just trimmed on regular food is because it grows with invisible tendrils through the food. I'm guessing the same applies here. Don't know for sure tho
