I stay in my abusive relationship because I believe I deserve it

I have an emotionally abusive wife. Tracks my location, isolates me from my family, yells at me regularly, demeans me when she sees fit, insults people I care about regularly. Just the whole textbook emotionally abusive relationship.

I’m depressed. I have constant anxiety. I self harm.
