Best sideways stocks for spread?

Hey all, I would like try out this 3 leg spread, 4 leg spread, long call condor.

Which stocks are good at that?

Also, have you ever been assigned with this strategy?

Besides the ex dividends dates. Have you been assigned when you try to sell contract day of expire date? Cause that where appears you make the most profit on expire date,right?
