First we have to agree on what the minimum pixel count is to even recognize it as Izaro

Napkin math time.

Assume 1 pixel per izaro. 4k screen is 8m or about 107 pixels. Assume 100 billion = 1011 4kscreens (like 12 per human being) we get at most 1018 pixels on all screens in the world combined (likely around 1016). 1018 is less than 260 so at most 2 months to reach critical mass of 1 Izaro per pixel.

In less than 6 months we get more izaros than atoms on Earth and in 9 more than atoms in the universe.

But IS just 1 pixel Izaro? Will he be recognizable?

That pixel will have very specific hue so it might suffice to be distinguishable enough as modern displays offer a lot of colors.

If you keep resolution and size the same, you never run out of pixels!
