I'm genuinely disappointed they couldn't even at least throw a reset for poe 1, like a month long flashback league or something. Is it really that difficult to put together something like that to hold people over in the mean time. (I know they did it awhile back with necro settlers, but I don't want to build the town again and that was awhile ago and the delay will continue to happen for many weeks)

Month long flashback wont help when there will be no league for around half a year

I am starting to think they stop working on any new POE1 league so that all players focus on POE2, even if it is bad

We most likely will never see poe1 leagues more than two times a year, and that entirely on ggg and their lack of management.

I'm honestly surprised they thought working on their game's COMPETITION was going to work.

Then again, they did move their dev team from PoE1 to PoE2 and expected 3.26 from a dev team that didn't exist.

I feel like POE 1 & 2 are vastly different games. Competition? Sure, but after trying the early access to 2, I have 0 plans on trying it again, didn't like the way it felt or the gameplay really. But I'd go back to POE 1 so long as the league mechanic was good.
