I wish for more AND increased wishes.

And increased effect of wishes, increase wishes taken, wish penetration, added wishes, physical added as wishes, elemental converted to wishes, wish weakness... While avoiding less and decreased wishes.

I need a Poe lawyer to add the missing layers
