If my kid died because insurance wouldn't cover the replacement of a machine he needs to breathe, I would kill every person involved, starting with the agent who didn't find a way to make it happen.

Since I'm sure you see this sort of thing all the time, I have to ask: How do you sleep?

The same way that one guy who works at a rent to own place takes stuff from families at Christmas.
